With more than 300 production workers and automated equipment working together, we maintain stable daily output of over 35,000 meters and monthly capacity of more than 800,000 meters. Our strength starts on the production floor. With advanced facilities, equipment, and a controlled manufacturing system, we manage rubber mixing, extrusion, calendering, building, vulcanization, and final inspection under one coordinated process.
Before production, raw materials are inspected and managed by batch to keep sources clear and performance stable. Our automatic batching system controls formula accuracy, while fully enclosed internal mixers keep temperature precision up to ±0.5℃. After extrusion, multi-roll calendering forms uniform rubber sheets with thickness control at the 0.1 mm level, giving each belt a more stable structure.
