Tiantie Industrial 's predecessor was founded
Tiantie Industrial ’s manufacturing roots began with rubber product production, building early experience in material processing, workshop management, and industrial product quality control.
2003
Tiantie Industrial Co.,Ltd was established
Tiantie Industrial Co., Ltd. was established, marking a focused step into rubber conveyor belt manufacturing for industrial material handling applications.
2005
Transmission Belt Production Started
Based on our rubber manufacturing experience, we began producing industrial transmission belts, including V belts and flat transmission belts, expanding our product range for more industrial drive applications.
2009
Our Conveyor Components Factory Started
To meet the growing needs of conveyor belt customers and international markets, we set up our first conveyor components factory, covering conveyor idlers, rollers, frames, and related parts.
2014
Quality and R&D Were Upgraded
We strengthened our quality management and R&D capabilities, improving inspection control, rubber formulation development, product testing, and performance stability across multiple product lines.
2019
Phase II Factory Plan Started
We confirmed the site selection for our Phase II factory and started a capacity expansion plan to support larger orders, wider product lines, and more stable global delivery.
2023
IDLERON Was Launched
We launched "IDLERON" as our own brand for conveyor components, focusing on conveyor idlers, rollers, pulleys, frames, belt cleaners, and heavy-duty conveyor parts.
