Chevron Conveyor Belt:
- Usage: Suitable for powder, granule, small piece of material conveying with less than 40 degree inclination angle, also suitable for bagged material conveying, preventing material from slipping and improving conveying capacity.
- Characteristics: There is a pattern on the belt surface which is higher than the belt body, and the pattern can be open or closed, and it is divided into three height types: high, medium and low.
- Types: According to the physical properties of the covering layer, it can be categorized into ordinary patterned tapes, heat-resistant patterned tapes, cold-resistant patterned tapes, oil-resistant patterned tapes and acid and alkali resistant patterned tapes.
- Production width: 500-1000mm.
Herringbone Conveyor Belt (Chevron Conveyor Belt):
- Features:
  - Rubber material with excellent physical properties, high adhesion and fatigue resistance.
  - One-piece vulcanized rubber and rubber baffles prevent the baffles of herringbone belts from falling off.
  - Optimized rubber baffle material and abrasion resistance prolong the service life of the belt.
  - Adjustable design for different inclination angles (within the range of 16° to 45°).
  - It has excellent drainage performance.
- Application Scenario: Suitable for inclined conveying of bulk materials such as coal, sand, minerals, crops, packages and bags, etc. According to different loading materials and inclination angles, choose the appropriate height of the baffle and herringbone type to prevent materials from slipping.
